Thursday, Feb. 4 at 6:30 p.m. — RUTLAND — Join the Relay For Life of Rutland County as they kickoff the 2016 relay season, expo style! The kickoff is to be held on Thursday, Feb. 4 at the Holiday Inn. 476 Holiday Drive off Route 7 in Rutland at 6:30 p.m. The theme for 2016 is “Hollywood.” Come learn how you can become a cancer fighting star! This free event is open to the public and is an exciting expo that explains what Relay For Life is and how you can help. There will be lots of informational booths, door prizes, treats, and guest speakers. Survivors, caregivers, past Relay participants, those new to Relay, sponsors and community members are encouraged to join in this celebration of life.
