LONDONDERRY —A New York man was arrested for DUI after attempting to drive his vehicle up Magic Mountain Ski Area.
Police said Frederick P. Brechter, 59, of Shelter Island, New York was arrested around 11 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24
Brechter failed standardized field sobriety tests and displayed several indicators of impairment, police said.
