Phoenix Books starts a new tradition; Cider Mondays offer free apple beverages

Monday, Nov. 30 — RUTLAND — What’s made from squished micro soft apple products?  Delicious, hot apple cider. On Monday, Nov. 30, shoppers are invited to ditch their digital shopping carts and join the booksellers at Phoenix Books in person to enjoy doughnuts and a free cup of hot cider (while supplies last) all day long during business hours, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Phoenix’s “servers” won’t crash, but they will be happy to help customers find great holiday gifts! Cider Monday is a new tradition being started by lots of small businesses in New England, and it’s Phoenix’s way of thanking customers for choosing to shop indie and support a strong local economy.

Cider Monday is free and open to all. Phoenix Books Rutland is located at 2 Center Street. For more info, call 802-855-8078  or visit www.phoenixbooks.biz.
