Gov. Phil Scott, who became Vermont’s 82n governor in 2017, has been elected again.
The Associated Press called the race just before 10 p.m. Nov. 8 for Scott when he had about 73% of the vote ahead of Democrat challenger Brenda Siegel, who had 22% of the vote.
