“Dinosaur 13” showcases T-Rex, Sue unveiling

Saturday, Jan. 10 at 3 & 5 p.m. — WOODSTOCK — Billings Farm & Museum, gateway to Vermont’s rural heritage, will host the award-winning film “Dinosaur 13” on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. as part of the 5th Annual Woodstock Vermont Film Series. Please note that the date of the film was changed from Jan. 3 to Jan. 10.

About “Dinosaur 13” – The number 13 turned out to be unlucky for Peter Larson and his team of paleontologists when they stumbled upon one of the great dinosaur finds in history – the remains of “Sue,” only the thirteenth Tyrannosaurus Rex to be found by 1990 – and what followed. The film is rated PG. The Sundance Film Festival awarded “Dinosaur 13” a Grand Jury Prize nomination.
