Pittsford holds haunted Halloween happenings

Oct. 30, 31 — PITTSFORD — On Friday, Oct. 30 at 5:30 p.m., Pittsford’s Lothrop School PTO will hold a “trunk or treat” at Bertrand Farms on Route 7, Pittsford. Join for treats and spooky fun! “Trunk or treat” is a Halloween event organized by the Lothrop PTO, where local folks will decorate their vehicle trunks, gather and park cars in the Bertrand Farms parking lot. Candy will be passed out from decorated trunks. The event provides a safe, family environment for trick or treaters. This is a free event but donations are greatly appreciated to benefit the Lothrop Elementary PTO. The snack bar and the corn maze will be open and plenty of parking is available.

On Halloween, Saturday, Oct. 31 starting at 3 p.m. visit the Maclure Library for some tricks and treats. Beware! The library is Haunted! There will be music, games, treats and spooky fun! This event is specially designed for little ones, and is free. Donations are greatly appreciated and accepted.

For more info on either event, contact Kelly Connaughton, 802-483-6351 or kfield16@yahoo.com.
