Sunday, Sept. 8 at 5:30 p.m. -PITTSFORD- The Pittsford
Historical Society will meet in the Pittsford Congregational Church
fellowship hall on the Village Green and US Rte 7. For a
dinner and a discussion on lives of Vermont farmers between the
years of 1940 and 1960 on Sept. 8.
The evening begins with a potluck supper at 5:30 pm.
Please bring a dish to share. President Ernie Clerihew will open
the business meeting at 6:30, followed by the program at 7:15.
The program will be about people who grew up on Vermont farms
between 1940 and 1960 and everyone is invited to come hear
Jack Fox and his former neighbor, Mark Mooney, reminisce about
growing up on the Fox and Mooney farms on Corn Hill Road. Kids and
their families will enjoy their conversation. For more details call
