BarnArts Center for the Arts presents Almost Maine, a New
Romantic Comedy by John Cariani at Barnard Town Hall at 7 p.m.
on Friday, Jan. 18 and a Sat. Jan. 19 and again at 2 p.m. on Jan.
20. The show is directed by Tony Braca.
On a cold, clear, moonless night in the middle of winter, all is
not quite what it seems in the remote, mythical town of Almost,
Maine.
As the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above,
Almost's residents find themselves falling in and out of love in
unexpected and often hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are
broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend-almost-in this
delightful midwinter night's dream. The cast in order of appearance
are John Marshall, Tessa Oliver, Eben Farinas, Linda Treash, Nicole
Conte Stevens, Tessa Oliver, Jo Oliver-Yeager, Michael Barnhart,
Lois Resseguie, Lee Resseguie, Andrew White, Daniel Quinn, Yael
Taylor and Danelle Sims.
