Local “celebrities” serve you dinner as part of fundraiser for Rutland Community Cupboard

Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 5 p.m. — RUTLAND — As a fundraiser for the Rutland Community Cupboard, Steve Costello, Vice President of Green Mountain Power, and a handful of other folks will be waiting tables Dec. 3 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Three Tomatoes Trattoria in Rutland. All tips (and donations) will go to support the Cupboard, which helps hundreds of families in need every year, and is one of the last places people can turn when they need assistance with food. Last year, they raised thousands of dollars at this annual event, which promises to be fun, as waiting tables is not exactly one of Steve’s mastered skills.

If you enjoy great food, lots of laughs and mediocre service, you should be there! Reservations are a must, and can be made by contacting Barb James via email at barb.james@greenmountainpower.com or by 802-747-6882.  Help an important cause in the community, and help continue a great Rutland tradition of neighbor helping neighbor.

Other local “celebrities” will join Costello serving dinner to the public as part of this fundraisers. Keep your eyes out for Killington President Mike Solimano!
