Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 6 p.m. — RUTLAND— Do you want to elevate your athletic ability and take your game to the next level? If you play or coach a high school/middle school team or are a parent of a student athlete, join Tyler White, ATC and Matt Howland, ATC of Vermont Orthopaedic Clinic on Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. to learn how to train for your best results yet.

Using proven techniques for enhancing athletic skills and preventing injury, this class will help student athletes maximize their preference.

This presentation is a part of Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Community Education programming and will be held at Rutland Regional in the CVPS Leahy Community Health Education Center 160 Allen Street in Rutland and is free and open to the public.
