Ladies’ Auxiliary holds Christmas festival and market in West Pawlet

Saturday, Dec. 5 at 9 a.m.—WEST PAWLET—A busy day is planned for Saturday, Dec. 5 in West Pawlet. The annual Christmas festival, craft fair and flea market will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the West Pawlet Volunteer Fire Department’s fire station. The day includes a large bake sale, lunch, raffles and the highlight of the event, Santa’s arrival at 12:30 p.m.

Craft and flea market items will be available from local and visiting vendors. Look for wool mittens, decorated cigar boxes, wreaths and swags, and jewelry. The food sale will offer homemade items such as Polish nut rolls, decorated holiday cakes, cookies, rolls, pies, and much more. Raffles include a 50/50 plus a raffle for a complete ham dinner. Purchase tickets for $1 at the event.

A luncheon will begin at 11 a.m. including burgers, hot dogs, corn chowder, sandwiches, and beverages.

All are welcome to the event, sponsored by the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the West Pawlet Volunteer Fire Department.
