Killington Triathlon rescheduled to this Saturday

Saturday, May 5—KILLINGTON—Due to conditions, Killington Resort’s spring party will continue for one more weekend, as the Killington Triathlon has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 5. Individuals and teams will be tested on their athletic ability as they ski, bike, and run. If spots are still available, day-of registration will be held. The entry fee is $40 per individual and $60 per team. Teams must have three racers.

Entry does not include a lift ticket. All competitors will be required to have a season pass or lift ticket in order to participate. Discounted competitor lift tickets will be available for purchase at registration.

Competitors will receive a map; the course will require one lap skiing/snowboarding, one lap biking and one lap running. Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division, as well as the overall winners: seven different age categories, men and women, individuals and teams.

Registration and check-in will be held 7:30-9 a.m. at Roaring Brook Umbrella Bars at K1. The Triathlon starts at 10 a.m. at the Superstar Trail Start Gate. Awards follow at 12:45 p.m. at the Umbrella Bars.
