Get your maple fix at Wells Old Tyme Sugarhouse Dinner

Saturday, March 28 at 4:30 p.m. — WELLS — The Wells United Methodist Church presents it annual Old Tyme Sugarhouse Dinner on Saturday, March 28, from 4:30-7:30 p.m. The dinner will be held at the MWA Hall on West Main Street in Wells.

This dinner celebrates all things maple! The unique feast starts with a huge salad bar featuring over 25 items, complete with six varieties of Sue’s distinct maple dressings: Maple French, Maple Lemon Basil, Maple Balsamic, Maple Creamy Basil, Maple Garlic and Maple Poppy Seed. With all of that maple, is a crock of dill pickles. The main course is maple glazed Mackenzie ham with maple pineapple sauce and mashed potatoes. Jazz it up a bit with maple pepper and maple vinegar. Favorite side dishes include maple baked beans, maple bread, hard boiled eggs cooked in maple sap. Top off all of this with a dessert choice of maple sundaes or vanilla or butter pecan ice cream. Beverages are maple coffee, tea, lemonade or water.

Adult fee is $12 each, age 10 and under is $6, age 4 and under are free. Take outs are available.
