Food sale and flea market offer goodies for Easter

Saturday, March 26 at 9 a.m. — WEST PAWLET — A Spring Flea Market and Easter Food Sale will be held in West Pawlet on Saturday, March 26 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sponsored by the West Pawlet Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, the events will be held at the fire station on Vermont Route 153 (Main Street). All are welcome!

The Easter Food Sale will offer many homemade items including rolls, pies, cakes, decorated Easter cakes, cupcakes, cookie platters, baked beans, Polish nut rolls, and lots more.

The Ladies Auxiliary kitchen will also serve a light breakfast and lunch during this day-long Spring Flea Market and Easter Food Sale event. The luncheon menu will include hot dogs, hamburgers and cheeseburgers, corn chowder and a dessert surprise.

Beginning at 12:30 p.m., special activities will begin for the children, with gifts, face painting,  and Peter Rabbit visiting around 12:30 p.m.

The Ladies Auxiliary will have several raffles: a ham dinner, an Easter item and 50/50 raffle. Winners will be announced during the event. Tickets are $1 each. For more info, call 802-645-0174.
