“Following the Ninth” displays Beethoven’s affect on people’s lives throughout history

Saturday, April 4 at 5 p.m. — WOODSTOCK — Billings Farm & Museum will host the final film “Following the Ninth: In the Footsteps of Beethoven’s Final Symphony” on Saturday, April 4 at 5 p.m. as part of the 5th Annual Woodstock Vermont Film Series.

Part road trip, part adventure story, “Following the Ninth” is an inspirational film about Beethoven’s Ninth Choral Symphony. Filmed on five continents and in 12 countries during turbulent periods in history, “Following the Ninth” is the story of lives transformed and repaired by this magnificent music. The film is not rated.
