Celebration for Leo held

KILLINGTON — On Sunday, Sept. 6, a special gathering took place at the Church of Our Saviour on Mission Farm Road in Killington to meet Leo, the golden retriever lost in the woods following a car accident on July 31. In attendance and pictured in the front row (l-r): Rutland Regional Emergency Room Nurse Natalie Sargeant; Leo’s owner, Kathryn Barry Bellis; Steve Finer, a first responders and regional ambulance paramedic; Ann Brown with the Church of Our Saviour. In the second row, (l-r) are: Tim Owings of Mission Farm Bakery, Reverend Lee Crawford of the Church of Our Saviour, and Paramedic Gideon Yeager.
